These terms apply when you use nickeleyes.com or buy from Nickel Eyes ElectroSports ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Warranty page are part of these terms.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to keep everything accurate, but if a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after it's confirmed. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Ride at your own risk

Electric skateboards are fast, powerful vehicles, and riding one carries real risk of serious injury or death, including from falls, collisions, traffic, road conditions, weather and equipment failure. By buying or riding our products, you accept these risks and agree to:

  • Always wear a helmet. We strongly recommend wrist guards, knee and elbow pads, and visible clothing or lights.
  • Follow all local, state and federal laws on where and how you can ride, including speed limits, road and sidewalk rules, and age requirements.
  • Be at least 16 years old to ride. Younger riders need adult supervision and a parent's or guardian's consent.
  • Read the included instructions, check your board before every ride, and ride within your skill level.
  • Not ride in rain, through standing water, or while impaired.
  • Not modify the board, battery or electronics.

Warranty

Our boards come with a 12-month limited warranty, described on our Warranty page. Batteries are covered for manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, crash or impact damage, water damage, misuse and modifications are not covered. Except for that limited warranty and any rights that can't be waived under law, products are sold "as is."

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nickel Eyes ElectroSports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of use, property damage or personal injury arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Florida law.

Intellectual property

The Nickel Eyes and Star Pigeon names, logos, artwork, photos and site content belong to Nickel Eyes ElectroSports or its licensors. Please don't copy or use them without written permission.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction. This doesn't remove any consumer protection rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
