Nickel Eyes ElectroSports ("we," "us") runs nickeleyes.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you send us by email, contact form or social media.
  • Payment information: entered directly with our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic information: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring site, and similar data collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, provide customer support and warranty service, prevent fraud, improve our site, meet legal and tax obligations, and, if you opt in, send you news and offers.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to run the store:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
  • Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay)
  • Shipping carriers and our order-fulfillment partners
  • Email and marketing service providers
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

We don't sell your data

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies keep your cart working, remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, like checkout, may stop working. Where available, you can manage your choices in our cookie banner.

Email and text marketing

We only send marketing emails or texts if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. For texts, reply STOP. You can also email info@nickeleyes.com. We'll still send messages about your orders.

Children

Our site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for orders, warranty claims, and legal, tax and accounting purposes.
